Property management undertaken for period 2007-15 of a large mixed use complex in Inverness City Centre, comprising office, retail and leisure uses, including two restaurants, a public house/ restaurant and a large retail unit.
Various works undertaken in the period of management, including initiating re-roofing works that was required in one part of the complex and running this as a service charge job. There was also a targeted exercise to upgrade the office common parts in the office part of the building, that included upgrading the main entrance/reception.
