Various management instructions undertaken for mainly institutional clients in recent years whilst with large property management firm based in Glasgow, but covering whole of Scotland.
All property management undertaken for period 2007-15 for a large industrial estate/business park on the outskirts of Glasgow, for a large institutional client.
Assisted in both the development and implementation of a strategy for carrying out a targeted refurbishment of selected units on the estate, in order to facilitate the re-letting of several vacant units. This included introducing a new joint agent to work alongside the existing letting agents. Various units have now been successfully let as a result of this strategy and the works that have been undertaken.

Management undertaken for period 2010-15 of a prominent mixed use listed office/restaurant building in Glasgow City Centre.
Actively involved in initiating the refurbishment of two vacant office floors and a reception upgrade exercise, along with external fabric repairs to the roof, stonework and windows to be undertaken. Total spend for all works, capital and service charge works combined of circa £1mill.
